We first set up a phone call to see if you are a good fit for the program. Thats right you must apply! We do NOT accept everyone who just wants to pay for training. Our AB Fitness family is very special to us. We protect our community by screening potential clients. All current clients at AB Fitness Center are hand selected.
If you are selected you we will then set up a fitness evaluation at our facility. During your evaluation we will go over important information that is important for fully customizing your program. We will assess your needs and desires. With our decades of experience we will help determine the best approach for you.

Step #2- We Create YOUR Fully Personalized Road Map
Each Program we create is fully customized to your needs and will get you to your goals as fast as possible. This personalized road map will help make your journey clear and concise.
Our programs are all designed to get you results and to help you to maintain those results PERMANENTLY. Our goal for all our clients is to be able to do this on their own forever. You hire a personal trainer to help teach you HOW to get results. I want you to be able to know what works for you in the gym and in the kitchen.
