How did she make these changes? Like everyone here we do not have a quick dramatic 30 day 30 pound transformation but Paula did make fitness a LIFESTYLE!

Small changes to her diet and daily routine (exercising just 2x per week for 30 minutes) and now she’s made a full transformation that she can sustain for life!
