My name is Anthony Bevilacqua and I have been a trainer for well over 15 years! I also am a certified nutritionist and body transformation specialist. So what does that mean exactly! It means my specialty is to help transform your body like you didn’t think possible! I help people who are in a rut finally get results!
Personal training is my passion and results are my game! Every person that steps foot inside AB Fitness Center, I personally design their protocol so they can finally achieve results.
My story starts out like most: I was a skinny kid growing up. I weighed about 135lbs at 5’10 before starting to workout. I was always self conscious of the size of my arms. When I first started they measured 11 inches! For a guy that’s tiny! Talk about having pea shooters and not guns lol.
I became obsessed with fitness trying to get results! My main focus was trying to grow bigger. Even though most people think that is easy it is far from easy! Yes it maybe easy for some people to put weight on…putting weight on is very different than putting on muscle!
Like most of you I have made several mistakes when it came to my eating. I became more obsessed with proper nutrition. 70% of your results will come from your eating. I decided to pursue a degree in nutrition because of this. I made a lot of mistakes when it came to eating. I thought the healthier and cleaner I ate the more muscles I would grow. In fact, it was the total opposite. The cleaner I ate the more weight I lost! It became very frustrating for me and I am sure its just as frustrating for you! It took me a long time to learn what actually works and if there is one thing I can change about my fitness journey it would be to acquire the proper information earlier on. Had I been given the knowledge I have now when it comes to nutrition and proper training I would have reached my goals much earlier.
My goal today is to do just that for others, to cut down their learning curve and fast track you to your goals. I know that if you come to me hungry to learn, I can without question put you on the right track to reach your goals and will just be your job to execute! Are you up for the task?

My name is Laura Bevilacqua and I have been into fitness for a couple of years now and enjoy sharing my knowledge with others who are looking to achieve their goals. I am what Anthony likes to consider a body shaping specialist, my specialty includes taking certain areas of the body and shaping it into how you want it to look. Even though there is no way to spot reduce I can help you to manipulate that area to give a more shapely look. For example, if a women wants better looking glutes, I can help shape them into what she desires. Although im told I don’t look like it, I am also a drug free powerlifter but more on that later.
My fitness journey started out like any other girl trying to be “skinny”. I did loads of cardio and barely ate because I was afraid to get “fat “or “bulky”. That all changed once weight lifting came into my life. I wanted to become a warrior and be as strong as I can be. I wanted others to see that not only men can lift heavy, but women can too! When I first got into fitness I was afraid to get bulky and look “manly.” Fast forward to now, I am lifting heavy loads and getting a smaller waist and my body is becoming more toned. My passion for fitness is something that will always follow me. I put time, hard work, dedication, sweat & tears into what I became today and I would not change it for the world. Having goals in mind and being able to achieve them only made me stronger.
Based on my experience I can relate to people who are looking to transform their body into what they want it to be. Seeing people happy makes me happy!
To me, being a trainer is a big responsibility because it is something I take seriously. I will put the time I need into helping others feel as comfortable with training and their diet as possible. I will never leave you hanging! Each client at AB Fitness Center will get my full attention on and off of training days. Giving back to others pushes me to become a better trainer every day.
Being fit is a lifestyle for me, I not only talk it.. I live it!
