Cardio will not help you lose weight
I mean… you could be doing cardio or you could be lifting weights!
All joking aside, cardio is good for the heart, but if we’re talking in terms of fat loss and keeping and growing muscle, and heart health we all know resistance training is the key to success!
So many people will start their fitness journey with hours of cardio and NO weight training. We say the opposite is the way to go! Focus on building muscle and getting stronger without the hours spent on a machine or running to lose fat and you will be MUCH more successful. Not to mention, weight training will make you boot just look and feel better, but it can increase your quality of life… meaning things can become easier and you can enjoy your life outside of the gym more!
