ℍ𝕖𝕣𝕖 𝕚𝕤 𝕥𝕙𝕖 𝕙𝕒𝕣𝕕 𝕥𝕣𝕦𝕥𝕙 𝕆𝕟 𝕨𝕙𝕪 𝕪𝕠𝕦𝕣 𝕓𝕠𝕕𝕪 𝕚𝕤𝕟’𝕥 𝕔𝕙𝕒𝕟𝕘𝕚𝕟𝕘 Despite your best efforts 1️⃣You aren’t in a calorie deficit because you are sneaking bites, licks, and sips, and you “eat the same thing every day so you don’t need to log it” These calories add up really fast! Licks, sips, and bites can add up to 300 extra calories every day! 2️⃣You are paralyzed but what the scale says You let the scale dictate your feelings…if your weight spikes up from water you freak out and then get frustrated and cheat. Then you feel guilty and start again on Monday 3️⃣You care more about “burning more calories doing cardio” than lifting heavyweights Cardio is very reactive not proactive! Let’s say you get sick and go to the dr The dr gives you antibiotics to get rid of the cold That’s what cardio is…the antibiotics But how did you get sick in the first place? It’s because you don’t eat your fruits and veggies and your immune system is weak! So weight training is like fruits and veggies! Weight training retains muscle which helps your metabolism and overall body! Are you ready for this hard truth? 4️⃣You are impatient, inconsistent, and “all or nothing” Sorry to be the one to say it but too many people think if they diet for 1 week they should drop more weight than they think. When you lose weight at a healthy rate…it’s slow .5-2lbs a week of pure body fat is ideal! So if you want to lose 20lbs of body fat that would take you 20-40 weeks! 20-40 Weeks of CONSISTENT work! 20-40 Weeks of being 100%! If you comply 50% it would take double the time!
