War on cardio

We are declaring war on Cardio! 
Cardio doesn’t burn fat⁣
⁣
Every wonder why the majority of “cardio instructors” do not have exceptionally low body fat? ⁣
⁣
Not a knock at anyone who teaches cardio but ever wonders why the instructor of a so called “fat burn workout” still has a few extra pounds of bodyfat?⁣
⁣
It’s because cardio does not directly cause your body to burn fat. ⁣
⁣
We won’t get into a science discussion on fat loss here in this post but just take a look the next time you see a spin, cycle, fitness class and look at the results they are producing. You may be underwhelmed. ⁣
⁣
Again not a knock but this is exactly the reason we don’t do any of that at AB Fitness Center....because it doesn’t work! ⁣

We only do the things that work here and that’s why we get results! ⁣

Don’t wreck your body with another fad diet this year

Why have you tried every “diet” under the sun and still haven’t lost weight? 

The real reason? 

Because you are always following a “diet!”

The problem with fad diets is they completely wreck your metabolism for a period of time while you are on it. 

Then you can only stay adherent to it for so long. 

You end up binging. Gain the weight back plus more. 

Then jump on the next new and exciting diet. 

“That didn’t work for me I’ll try this one”

And the cycle continues. You end up heavier and heavier with a slower metabolism.
