Those were David's exact words to me last Friday
"That’s the benefit of having a personal trainer in your corner," I told him. David is down over 10lbs since really getting back on track 2.5 weeks ago.

Things don’t need to be changed you just need to be held more accountable.
We worked together slowly adding habit on top of habit until he was back on track again. Monitoring his nutrition and workouts on a daily basis with constant feedback has yielded these kinds of results.
